The first level primary suite features a king bed and roomy bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The double glass doors lead to the screened porch and outdoor deck. Lots of opportunity for sunbathing and outdoor living with a sizable Saltwater Pool, separate Hot Tub, outdoor grille, and chaise loungers.
Up the stairs leads to a bright second floor open space with a comfortable family room, two additional bedrooms, and a enormous covered porch. Continuing to the next floor this additional space includes a wet bar, drink refrigerator, and second half bathroom. The view from the rooftop deck consists of peaks of the ocean and vistas of Fort Moultrie. This historic fort played a crucial role in defending Charleston Harbor. Whether it is a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening beverage, this home offers plenty of space to savor the outdoors.
