  • 4 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home
  • Approximately 3200 square feet

This extraordinary home is difficult to describe in words so please check out the video after the second picture of the slide show of photos at the top of the page.

Spectacular ocean vistas from every bedroom as well as outdoor hot tub and private pool are only the beginning to the seemingly countless amenities that come with this oceanfront home on the best beach on Sullivan’s Island.

The roomy deck wrapping around three sides of the home creates porches off every bedroom. When not calming on the beach, by the pool or in the hot tub, you can appreciate the full-sized pool table or prepare-out on the deluxe gas grille.

First Floor: The first floor features a giant open area kitchen, den and dining room with an entire wall of windows facing the ocean. Having the sizable kitchen attached to the den and dining area accepts for guests to savor cooking, eating, or playing pool while overlooking and listening to the calming sounds of the ocean waves.

Down the hall are three bedrooms - one king (K), one queen (Q) and two twin bunk beds (TT) – which share two and a half bathrooms. All of these cavernous bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening to the deck or screen porch overlooking the beach.

Second Floor: The second floor offers one king (K) and on equeen (Q) size bedrooms, a full bathroom, and modest living area with a couch bed. Both bedrooms open onto a second floor deck complete overlooking the ocean.

The home has newly been modernized and includes three flat screen TVs with Apple TV, two DVD players and digital cable. This ideally-located oceanfront home will take your beach vacation to a new level!

One of the families that owns the home lives a mere two blocks down the beach and includes two very responsible teen daughters who appreciate kids...so our nearly in-home babysitting option can provide a humongous benefit to families traveling with kids.

We take pride in offering friendly local knowledge about the area we appreciate so please don’t hesitate to ask for suggestions or recommendations!

Tips and Tricks to get the best rental experience:

Sticking to a budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Sullivan's Island area. To find the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Many management companies supply Sullivan's Island area travel guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Filter your search:

  • Choose your vacation dates and maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Classic Beachfront Sullivan's Island Retreat with Pool & Hot Tub has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. If they are not listed, email or call the host before you reserve the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
  • Looking for particular amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to book a rental that allows animals. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property managers charge pet deposits and fees.

Know before you go:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • During arrival, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
