Here you'll find the two living rooms and kitchen area, set in a comfortable ambiance with wood floors, wood-paneled walls, and wooden ceiling beams, giving the home a rustic touch.
The first living area is furnished with two plush couches and a chair, creating a comfortable sitting area where you can gather with your fellow travelers and savor one another's company. The second living area is furnished with a plush red sectional, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There's an additional ceiling fan for added comfort, and the TV has YouTube streaming services for use.
This space flows into the kitchen, which offers a coastal cabin-like feel with its rich wood details. The kitchen is entirely equipped, giving you the ability to whip up your own meals, from casual snacks like trail mix to full-blown meals like spaghetti with meatballs. High quality appliances make it simple, and you'll appreciate perks like a coffee maker. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen space. Outside the screened-in porch you'll find a wide deck, along with a giant grassy backyard.
Back inside, you'll find the three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. In the second room you'll find a place ideal for the kids, as it's furnished with 1 twin single and 1 twin bunk set {the top bed has a 70 lbs. restricted weight limit - please do not use if weight exceeds 70 lbs.} The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a handsomely refreshed bathroom in a modern style with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bed Sizes: 1K, 1 Q, 1 S, 1 BB (S/S w/70 lb weight limit on top)

How to find the best Sullivans Island vacation home experience:
When to visit Sullivans Island & When to book:
- To get the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
- The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, management companies supply Sullivan's Island area visitors guides which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Sullivan's Island visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning and choosing yourvacation home:
- Start by having your group agree to vacation dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Classic Style Sullivan's Island house - Very Charming! 1 block to beach & walk to fabulous dining! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before you reserve the property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
Considerations for your stay:
- Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Document any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute is filed.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a great resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a wonderful time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
