Enjoy two hours of sightseeing as we glide through the harbor passing historical landmarks such as: Waterfront Park, The Battery, USS Yorktown, Fort Sumter, and Castle Pinckney. Also, catch a close view of the Ravenel Bridge and you may also spot a few friendly dolphins along the way. On this tiki voyage, your captain will be happy to answer any questions of historical facts about each of these locations to give you a little more knowledge about our rich Charleston history. This is a great way to capture some awesome pictures from the water. Weather it’s a snapshot of the Battery- Landmark defensive seawall and promenade, lined by stately and beautiful antebellum homes and historical monuments, or take a breathtaking view of the massive USS Yorktown- Charleston’s famous World War II aircraft carrier located on Patriots Point. You will be fortunate to view Fort Sumter up close. This Fort is famous as it was the site where the first shots were fired during the American Civil War. Fort Sumter is only accessible by boat, so this tiki tour will make that happen. View the historical Castle Pinckney of 1810, which was also part of the Civil war.
